Bobby Slater is a Partner at Car Wash Investments, a specialized brokerage firm focused exclusively on the sale and acquisition of car washes throughout New England. He earned his B.A. in Communications in 2005 and began his career in sales and marketing, where he developed a strong foundation in client service and business development. In 2013, he joined Atlantic Valuation Consultants, the leading appraisal firm for convenience stores, gas stations, and car washes in the Northeast. As a commercial appraiser, Bobby completed more than 700 appraisals across New England, gaining in-depth knowledge of the financial performance, real estate dynamics, and operational drivers that directly influence car wash and gas station values.

Leveraging over 14 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent, Bobby combines his valuation expertise with hands-on brokerage and advisory services to guide clients through confidential, strategic sale and acquisition processes. As a Partner at Car Wash Investments, he works closely with both buyers and sellers to maximize value, structure transactions effectively, and navigate the complexities unique to the car wash industry. His background allows him to provide clients with data-driven guidance supported by real-world market insight and an extensive network of car wash owners, qualified buyers, and industry lenders.

In addition to his appraisal and brokerage background, Bobby is also a former car wash owner-operator, having successfully owned and operated a wash and significantly increased its revenues during his ownership. This firsthand operational experience gives him a unique perspective and credibility when advising clients.
