Car Wash Investments advised longtime operator Alan Kamal in the sale
HUDSON, New Hampshire — September 2026 — Car Wash Investments is pleased to announce the sale of Kamal’s Car Wash in Hudson, New Hampshire, from longtime car wash operator Alan Kamal to Lucas Croteau. Bobby Slater of Car Wash Investments provided exclusive advisory services to the Seller in the transaction.
The sale represents a transition between an experienced industry operator and a new owner entering the car wash business. Kamal has owned and operated multiple successful car washes over the years and approached the Hudson transaction with a relatively tight timeframe to evaluate his options and determine the best path forward.
Car Wash Investments worked alongside Kamal during that process, helping evaluate the property and transaction options, navigate negotiations, and move the sale toward closing within the Seller’s desired timeframe.
