Car Wash Investments exclusively represented the Seller and brought the Buyer to the transaction
WHITMAN, Massachusetts — September 2026 — Car Wash Investments is pleased to announce the sale of Laser Car Wash in Whitman, Massachusetts, from Laser Car Wash, Inc. to Hussein Yatim. Bobby Slater of Car Wash Investments exclusively represented the Seller in the transaction.
Laser Car Wash is an established in-bay automatic car wash serving Whitman and the surrounding South Shore market. Car Wash Investments worked closely with the Seller throughout the sale process, from evaluating and positioning the property through negotiations, due diligence, and closing.
Through its network of car wash owners, operators, investors, and industry relationships, Car Wash Investments identified multiple potential buyers. The transaction provided the Seller with a successful exit while giving Yatim the opportunity to enter the car wash industry with an established operation.
